This is a long roll 70mm developing spiral/reel. It has an unusually large center, making it easier to load than other, similar spirals. This takes up to 5M / 15ft of film at a time. This fits nicely in an inexpensive 5 quart (5L) pressure cooking pot for easy development of 70mm film. Only one left.
