This is a bulk can of 70mm film: Kodak's Vericolor III, their professional portrait film before the Portra line. It expired sometime in the 1990s. It is a partial roll that has been opened and used by a studio in the past. We have several of these cans from the same studio. We don't know the condition of the film, or even how much is in each can. But based on markings and weight, we can estimate. We'll start with the largest rolls and indicate changes of approximate length and price as we get to the smaller rolls.
Current length: Approximately 90ft
Vericolor III is beautiful film that ages well. It tends to toward orange that this age. This film is of unknown condition. We suggest shooting it at 50 ISO as a starting point.
The cans have a variety of original and handwritten labels. For non-original labels we snipped a piece of film (in the dark, of course) to verify that it is Vericolor III. We offer this film without guarantees as an entry point for new 70mm photographers, or those who want to experiment with shooting color. Limit one per customer.
